FootSail Boys & Girls Soccer Invitational 2019 is what happens when you search ‘world class facilities, playing host to a niche market soccer tournament, on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, organized by Bermuda soccer and cruise experts, providing an all-inclusive travel experience on the ultra luxurious and loads of fun, Norwegian Escape Cruise ship’.
We have but one target —US Prep Schools, an audience that we have worked with for over 15 years. We know Bermuda Soccer, we know US Prep School soccer, we bring decades of Soccer experience as players, coaches, administrators, tournament organizers and fans.
We are FootSail and our name says exactly what we are and what we do! We Sail, We Play.
Format & Important Dates
Footsail Bermuda’s three-day, round-robin boys & girls invitational offers varsity teams a minimum of three games with bracket winners advancing to the finals. Team registration will take place during the two-day voyage to Bermuda (times posted closer to departure). Team registration will be staggered across the two-day voyage to Bermuda. Kickoff begins on Wednesday morning and wraps up on Friday midday. All teams will play one game on day 1 and two games on day 2 with final staged back to back matches at Bermuda’s main national stadium on Friday morning. Trophies will be presented at the completion of the final game on Friday to the winners of the boys and girls groups.
The entry fee for FootSail Boys & Girls Soccer Invitational 2019 is:
$125 per participant
$75 per non-participant
The deadline for entry is October 15th, 2018 the FootSail Bermuda tournament committee will review all the applications in a timely manner.
To guarantee a spot, the entry fees must be paid in full upon submitting an application into the tournament. Entry fees are non-refundable unless your provisional application was not successful.
Should there be a need to withdraw from the tournament Footsail Ltd. committee must be notified in writing at least 180 days before the tournament start date (tournament start date is August 14th, 2019).
Payment for the tournament (separate and apart from payment to book the cruise) is required with the submission of the team’s application.

Required Documents & Check-in Information
Each team must ensure their rosters and photo IDs are up to date. Tournament identification cards will be generated from this information and must be presented prior to every game. Click here for a PDF version of tournament waiver
Every player and coach from your team must complete a Footsail Ltd. waiver and submit an electronic scanned signed copy prior to participating in the Boys and Girls Invitational. The team managers must submit all signed copies no later than 14 days prior to August 11th, 2019.
Team check-in is mandatory for all teams and will take place between Sunday, August 11th and Tuesday, August 13th onboard the NCL Escape cruise ship. Meeting room to be determined.
All players and coaches have to be present for check-in.
*Teams must provide a certified tournament roster (NAPAC approval roster).
Additional copies will be provided by tournament organizers, stamped copies will be turned in at the beginning of matches.
*Player identification cards must be certified and laminated. Player cards must be presented to officials before every game.
*The names on the roster must match the names on the player cards, waivers and medical release forms.
*Every team must provide a signed notarized medical release form.
*Our tournament is sanctioned by the Bermuda Football Association
